A universal gateway can be connected to the WiFi, and through the ZigBee network, it offers a seamless connection throughout the house without any dead spots. If your WiFi goes down, then don’t worry, as your ZigBee network connection runs on its own circuit.

When you have a universal gateway installed in your home, you have access to five years of support and a five-year warranty, meaning that if something goes wrong, we will replace the product in the event of a confirmed fault.
