Report a security vulnerability

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in a SALUS Controls product or digital service, please report it privately.

To help our security team assess and investigate the issue efficiently, please complete the
SALUS Suspected Vulnerability Report Form, providing as much relevant information as possible. Detailed information will help us better understand and address the issue.

Please keep non-public vulnerability information confidential until a coordinated disclosure date has been agreed.

What happens after you report?

Once you submit a vulnerability report, here’s what you can expect:

Acknowledgement

We aim to acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days.

Initial Assessment

Our security team will review the report, assess its impact, and may contact you if additional information is required. We aim to provide an initial assessment within 7 business days.

Resolution

If the issue is confirmed, we will investigate, develop an appropriate remediation, and keep you informed of significant progress throughout the process.

Coordinated Disclosure

When appropriate, we will coordinate public disclosure and publish a security advisory after the vulnerability has been addressed.
