Report a security vulnerability

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in a SALUS Controls product or digital service, please report it privately.

Please include, where available:

  • ✓Product name and model
  • ✓Firmware or software version
  • ✓A clear description of the issue
  • ✓Steps required to reproduce it
  • ✓Supporting screenshots or technical evidence
  • ✓Your preferred contact details for follow-up

Please do not include sensitive personal data unless it is necessary to explain the issue.

What happens after you report?

Once you submit a vulnerability report, here’s what you can expect:

Acknowledgement

We aim to acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days.

Initial Assessment

Our security team will review the report, assess its impact, and may contact you if additional information is required. We aim to provide an initial assessment within 7 business days.

Resolution

If the issue is confirmed, we will investigate, develop an appropriate remediation, and keep you informed of significant progress throughout the process.

Coordinated Disclosure

When appropriate, we will coordinate public disclosure and publish a security advisory after the vulnerability has been addressed.
