Made Sustainable

Guided by purpose

“Sustainability isn’t a trend for us, it’s a responsibility. Updating our packaging is one step in a larger commitment to reduce our environmental impact and deliver smarter, more responsible products for every home.”

 – Dean Jepson (European Director)

Questions, Answered.

GRS stands for Global Recycled Standard – an international certification verifying:

  • The use of recycled materials in the packaging

  • Traceability of recycled content

  • Responsible social and environmental practices in the supply chain

  • Compliance with chemical and processing standards

In short: GRS ensures that the materials used are truly recycled and responsibly sourced.

ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance – a set of standards that evaluates a company’s sustainability and ethical impact.
For SALUS Controls, ESG packaging means:

  • Reduced environmental footprint

  • Better recyclability and waste reduction

  • Responsible sourcing and production

  • Packaging choices aligned with European sustainability expectations

ESG reflects a broader commitment: doing business responsibly, not just producing responsible products.

No. Only the packaging has changed.
All SALUS products maintain the same quality, performance, and functionality as before. The update is purely related to packaging sustainability, not the product design or internal components.

No. The warranty, product specifications, support resources, and installation guides remain exactly the same.
The packaging update does not affect product coverage or performance.

During the transition period, you may see both old and new packaging in stores or distribution channels.
This is normal and helps avoid unnecessary waste. As existing inventory sells through, all products will shift to the new ESG-compliant packaging.

In most cases, no.
SKUs and barcodes remain unchanged to ensure a smooth transition for distributors, merchants, and installers.
If any specific product requires a SKU update, this will be communicated clearly in advance.
