Marketing Specialist
SALUS Controls UK is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our international team at our UK office. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our content marketing initiatives and overseeing marketing projects with support from the EU marketing team, helping us reach new heights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in content marketing, with a relevant portfolio.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques and content optimisation for different platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and excellent grammar.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Openness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and techniques. Familiarity with Canva is a plus, or the ability to quickly learn and work with new tools.
- Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus, which will help in collaborating with our international team.
Software Knowledge:
The following software knowledge would be beneficial for the role:
- Content Management Systems (CMS) – WordPress
- Social Media Management Tools – Hootsuite
- Email Marketing Software – Mailchimp
- Graphic Design Tools – Canva / Adobe Suite
- Analytics and Reporting Tools – Google analytics
- Project Management Tools – Asana, Monday, or similar
- Microsoft Office Suite – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- SEO and Keyword Research Tools – SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with our brand’s objective sand target audience, with support from the EU marketing team.
- Create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
- Utilise SEO techniques to optimise content and improve online visibility and organic search rankings. SEO knowledge is not mandatory but is a major plus.
- Manage or contribute to UK or international marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and technical, to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously suggesting new ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Assist in organising events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
